  I visited Waxahachie store for christmas shopping, purchased a cologne and other items i had paid in full and was checked out bu a nice cashiet. A rude emplyee standing by named Hope told me I could not smell the cologne after i had allready purchased it. She offended me, she called the Police and there was another person that was behind me that stood up for me, she (Hope) and another employee named Sharron refused to sell any merchandise to the client that was behind me she had a full cart of merchandise. Please note that i am hispanic and so was the person standing up for me. I strongly believe that we were profiled by the young ignorant employee. I did take a photo of her she began saying she was a minor and that she was a manager. This experience left a disgusting taste in my mouth i strongly believe that your employees should be trained properly and not make negative comments to customers and profile them. I was not being checked out by her she was just standing close to the cashier and began harrasing me for no reason. I paid for my merchandise she told me i could not smell the cologne i had purchased. Simply insane attitude and terrible customer service. The police were called and it was a waste of time the officers could of answered other important calls. I would really like for someone to contact me pertaining to this important matter. I am a loyal customer to Ross Department stores never in my life have I been talked down too or belittled by a rude selfish ignorant human being.
