  I normally wouldn't do this but I want to warn others of this furniture store. Do not shop at furniture and mattress outlet in waxahachie on 77. They are crooks. We bought new furniture back on January 24th what was supposed to be new furniture being delivered was not new. They delivered the living room furniture that was actually their floor model. When we went back in to pay the delivery fee the display furniture was gone! When we asked them as they were putting it in my house if this was the floor model they said no. We also ordered a brand new table and chairs from them. They delivered the table and it was so unbalanced it would rock on two of the four legs. Now mind you this is a pedestal table so it should be sitting on all fours. When we brought it up she said oh well your floors must be unleved her own delivery guy spoke up and said no you sent her a busted table also put a level down on the floor in front of the table to show our floor was not unlevel. So we sent it back. We have been dealing with getting our table since about the 29th of January. We have called every week to find out about our furniture to be told so many dumb excuses. Finally yesterday I had my husband call and tell them we just wanted our money back bc I am done dealing with them at this point. We also ordered a microwave stand from them and of course they gave us every excuse as to why it wasn't in yet. Well when we called to get our money back she said she would go get our table swapped out herself today and get our stand for us. Well low and behold I get a call this morning saying she got our table swapped out and the manufacturer said they had an issue with another table of the same kind so it's not our flooring. Which we already knew was not the case. So after all this finally we get our table and stand in today. Well guess what! The pedestal has not been changed out. They took it and sanded down the legs to make them some what even! We were not born yesterday we know what they have done and want to warn everyone else to not ever Shop there! We paid cash for every bit of our stuff. So you would think they would take better care of a cash paying customer!
